WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES WHEN I ALREADY HAVE A HR DEPARTMENT?

The biggest difference is that we are an impartial third party company. Why’s that important? It’s important because we can encompass every department including Human Resources. Everyone would have an outlet to talk to including HR staff. The next problem you run into is not everyone feels comfortable talking to Human Resources. Employees can feel intimidated or fear repercussions from management. Our transparency associates will have an open door policy for your entire staff to talk to if they desire. They can also stay completely anonymous. As an employer I'm sure you want to know of any problem areas in your business that could potentially cost you and your employees.   

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • Data Collection ( Harassment, Discrimination, and Violence )

  • Interview employees monthly or quarterly in person. ( All interviews stay anonymous in reports ) 

  • Exit interviews 

  • Send reports back to ownership and management 

  • Gage overall morale in the work environment  

  • Identify any potential problem employees 

DO YOU TURN IN REPORTS TO THE POLICE?

We do not turn in reports to law officials. In the event we do uncover a sexual assault or abuse we will encourage the victim to file a police report. Then you the employer will be notified immediately.  

HOW OFTEN DO YOU INTERVIEW MY EMPLOYEES?

We will interview your employees once a month. You do have the option to request more visits a month if needed.
