WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES WHEN I ALREADY HAVE A HR DEPARTMENT?

The difference is that we are an impartial third-party company. Why is that important? It is crucial because we can encompass every department like Human Resources. Everyone would have an outlet to voice concerns, HR staff included. The next problem you run into is that not everyone feels comfortable talking to Human Resources. Employees can feel intimidated or fear repercussions from management. Our Transparency Associates have an open-door policy for your entire staff to speak to if they desire. They can also stay completely anonymous. As an employer, I'm sure you want to know of any problem areas in your business that could potentially cost you and your employees.

DO YOU TURN IN REPORTS TO THE POLICE?

We do not turn in reports to law officials. If we uncover a sexual assault or abuse, we will encourage the victim to file a police report. Then you, the employer, will be notified immediately.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU INTERVIEW MY EMPLOYEES?

Businesses have a choice if they would like quarterly or monthly visits for interviews.
